Marc A. Schoen ERPA, QPA,CFC,CRFA, LUTCF has been in the Third Party Administration field for over 40 years. His knowledge and insight has been an asset to his clients. His ability to match design with clients desires is uncanny. Over the many years he has been in the field he has been recognized as Small Businessman of the Year (2003) by the RNCC, Top of the Table qualification (MDRT), Listed in Marquis Who's Who in the World, and many various other accolades. Schoen has authored over 250 articles on both qualified and non-qualifed employee benefits. He was the voice on radio of "Business Views & News You Can Use". Commentator on TV's "Main Street; Wall Street".

Schoen has testified in both State & Federal Courts on both pension and deferred compensation issues and is presently involved in with the IRS on various 412(i) pension issues.

Matthew H. Schoen is a former special education teacher. His passion for educating others has transferred into his new field as a  Retirement Plan Specialist. Matthew is following in his father's footsteps to help company's achieve their financial goals. 

Walter Blackman, FCA, EA ,MAAA is the Enrolled Actuary and a Partner in the firm. Walter has over 25 years actuarial experience and was an actuarial consultant to, among others, General Motors. He brings Plan design expertise to both small plans (1 or more) to those of General Motors proportion.
